Covid-19 Concerns- Are you still fulfilling online orders?

Yes we are! We are taking all safety and shipping precautions to pack orders and get them to our customers in a timely manner.

When can I expect to receive my package- are there currently processing or shipping delays?

United States: First Class: 2-3 business days, Priority: 1-2 business days, Express: Overnight Shipping. We currently do not ship internationally. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing after your order is placed. *Due to Covid-19 there may be a slight delay in receiving your package we apologize for any inconvenience!

I haven’t received my package but it says delivered.

Once your order leaves our facility and is scanned on by USPS, they are now responsible for your package. If a package is lost or stolen due  to USPS’s negligence, you would be responsible for filing a claim via their website.

Sales Tax- Where is sales tax charged?

We charge sales tax for items shipped to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY. We collect the simplified sellers use tax on items delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue.
